Dr.Verma is a nationally recognized optometrist who has been honored by the American Optometric Asociation with Optometrist of the Year award; American Academy of Optometry with Carl C.Coch Memorial Award, Prevent Blindness America with Distinguished Service Award, National Council on Aging with Geneva Mathiason Award, Pennsylvania Optometric Association with Optometrist of the Year, and george Gottschalk Jr. memorial Award. He has been selected as Distinguished Practitioner by National Academies of Practice and is one of only 4 optometrists in the country to be a Public Health Policy Fellow of the U.S Dept. of Health

Dr. Verma is a Faculty Member at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University and specializes in Contact lenses, Low Vision and Computer vision problems.
